Andrea Monet WIlliams
Andrea is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Holding a Fitness Technician associates degree (Personal Trainer emphasis) and completing work on her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in nutrition, Andrea specializes in weight loss and nutrition, endurance & strength training, and joint rehabilitation.
She places special emphasis on a holistic approach to fitness designed to strengthen and balance the body, and in doing so facilitate greater balance in life, mental well being, and lifestyle.

Andrea not only wants to help each client reach their individual goals, but to teach them the tools to maintain their goals in a lifestyle change. She teaches that exercising is more than raising the heart rate, it encompasses heart, mind, and soul. It is her desire to give you the support, motivation, inspiration, and education required for her clients to meet and exceed their goals and ensure lasting success in fitness and in life.
