Kara is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Westminster College. Kara works with clients in all age ranges and specializes in women’s fitness. She enjoys empowering women to feel comfortable lifting weights to build strength, confidence and to embrace their inner superwoman.
Kara is a recovering cardio addict who loves discovering new glute exercises, lifting heavy things and sneaking country music into the workout playlist. On her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and putting on her creative chef hat by hunting down new recipes and figuring out how to healthify her favorite “cheat” foods.
