Megan Ribelin
Megan was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. She moved to Utah in 2004 to attend the University of Utah where she completed her Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2008. She has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Megan has also taught fitness classes at the University of Utah and for PEAK. Kickboxing is one of her favorites.
Megan has always had a passion for staying fit and being healthy. In her spare time she loves to travel, read, and play outdoors with her husband. She stays in shape by swimming, lifting weights, and moving as much as possible throughout the day. She also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her husband including hiking, water skiing, and rock climbing.
Megan believes that exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle makes you feel good about yourself and keeps you young and healthy. Her exercise philosophy is that exercise should be fun; do it your way!
